Consumer Watch: Worten Responds

The last person I expected to hear from this past Wednesday was Francisco Freixo, the Director of Operations for all Worten stores, from Leira to the Algarve.
When I answered my phone, his first words were, “Mrs. Westheimer, I would like to talk to you.”
I was teaching at the time and couldn’t continue the conversation so I asked him to call me back in an hour.
