Imagine returning to your car, which you locked and set the alarm on, only to find it open and empty. That’s what happened to me last Saturday after I attended a gym class from 3 – 5 pm. Remembering my Parents

Some spiritual teachers say we pick our parents. If that’s true, then I chose well. Both my mother and father were generous, intelligent and supportive. They loved my sister and me almost unconditionally and raised us with an emphasis on excellence in education above material or social status.
